When should I contact Lamoda compliance hotline?

If you have any information about incidents that have already happened or are about to happen:
fraud, theft, appropriation or other misuse of the Company property
corruption, (bribery, abuse of authority)
unfair treatment in the workplace (discrimination, harassment, violence)
a conflict of interest
disclosure of confidential information etc.

Frequently asked questions

All messages to Lamoda compliance hotline are processed by an independent provider — CSI Group LLC. This is done to ensure the privacy of messages.
After talking with you, the operator will analyze your message and place it in the case management compliance hotline system. In this system, your message will be studied by the Lamoda Compliance Department. And then an internal investigation will be conducted in a confidential manner and in compliance with applicable law.
A Compliance Officer may contact you with the results of the investigation.
